Can you tell we’re a WishGarden Herbs family 😂 when I don’t have time to make my own (which happens more than I’d like to admit) that’s the tinctures I find taste the best. It should be noted I also found a chip clip, 2 old work badges, 4 bags of gum, my bandage scissors, 4 badge reels (2 broken), and some plastic silverware.

Come along for Chaos tincture time. Let’s talk about not having to have a huge herbal store. One herb can serve multiple purposes. I love the blends from WishGarden Herbs and I love the singles from Herb Pharm | High-Quality Liquid Herbal Extracts

Giving it a spot on the gram. Chaos blends are the way of life right now FOR REAL.

Tomorrow the new season of my podcast Holistic Life for Moms launches and I could not be more excited.

To celebrate, go back and binge the old episodes. There are some seriously juicy ones.

Then leave a review wherever you listen to podcasts. Once you’ve done that come back in the comments and let me know you’ve left one to be entered for a free entry to this month’s class “Herbs for Mood Support”

I’ll draw the winner on Sunday!

I can’t wait for you guys to hear all these amazing interviews I have lined up for you. This season’s theme is matrescence.

We’re not meant to do motherhood alone. I’m so honored to be a part of your journey.

Everything You Need to Know Immune Class.

Really. Everything!

I’ve talked to so many mamas lately feeling really worried as their kiddos get their first big sick. OR worried because everyone and their mom is getting sick right now!

So this is a big mama of a class.

Really research driven to give you the full grasp of your immune system. How it works from the second a germ hits your body. Then how your gut and lymphatic systems play in. Herbal profiles. Herbal recipes. Natural at home recipes. Prevention AND symptom management.

This is where 10 years as a nurse and 7 years as a herbalist marry to bring you the best information for you to feel comfortable and confident with natural remedies at home with your family.

This class is online and a replay will be sent out the next day for those who can’t attend live!
