That most people do keep their resolution?
Why is it so hard? -Because it’s too much all at once. Setting out to achieve something perfectly for an entire year is unrealistic. And usually not very specific OR there is no action plan.
Let’s NOT have “resolution” mindset this coming year. Instead of grand, vague and unrealistic resolutions, start with a few small goals you can easily achieve.
Focus on daily habits.
Look for quick wins you can get at the start of the new year to create momentum. Then you can build bigger goals onto that. Think of it as a snowball effect.
