Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that brings you into a state where the body can deeply rest, while the mind stays gently aware. It offers a quiet, grounded way to step out of constant busyness and settle into a calmer, steadier state. ๐ฅฐ
Who is it for?
Anyone! This practice supports the nervous system to shift out of stress mode into a calm, grounded, deeply rested & peaceful one. ๐ด
What to expect?
A simple, supportive experience using breath awareness and body scan, guided by Dr Tracey, holistic chiropractor. This is not a physical movement practice. Rather, you will be lying down comfortably supported by pillows and blankets.
