Count on us for a consistent schedule all summer long — plus Body Ignite making its debut 💪, 8 themed weeks of Camp FIT4MOM for you AND your littles, two moms' nights out, and a whole bunch of playgroups including a Father's Day craft for the kiddos. 🎨

You asked and we listened! Walk Club is BACK for June. 🙌☀️

Join us Tuesday, June 2 for a fun outdoor walk along the Concord-Lake Sunapee Rail Trail (same trail as last time!) — strollers welcome, all paces welcome, great company guaranteed! Shelby and Elizabeth will be co-leading this. Maybe we'll make it a little farther down the trail this time!

And just like last time... optional meetup afterwards at . And it's Tuesday, so if you bring your own mug or use one of their "for here" cups & mention you're coming from FIT4MOM, you'll get coffee for $1 or cold brew/lemonade for $2!! 🙌

This is the perfect way to ease into June — and if you're new to the village, this is a great first step. 👣
