If you’ve been waiting for a sign to book acupuncture… this might be it. ✨

Not because something has to be “wrong,” but because sometimes your body is asking for more support than you’re giving it.

Maybe your nervous system feels like everything is an emergency.

Maybe you’re constantly bloated and uncomfortable.

Maybe you’re exhausted—even after a full night of sleep.

Maybe your period takes you completely out of commission.

Or maybe the headaches and migraines just keep coming back.

Acupuncture can be a supportive tool for the nervous system, digestion, menstrual health, stress, sleep, and pain management—and it’s about looking at the whole picture, not just one symptom.

Your body is constantly communicating with you. Acupuncture can be one way to start listening.

Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) can come with bloating, abdominal discomfort, gas, constipation, diarrhea, and changes in digestion.

Acupuncture may be a helpful supportive therapy for people dealing with SIBO by focusing on the digestive system and the factors that influence gastrointestinal function.

Acupuncture may help:
• Support healthy gastrointestinal motility
• Reduce bloating and abdominal discomfort
• Support more regular bowel movements
• Calm the nervous system and stress response
• Promote healthy digestion
• Help regulate gut-brain signaling
• Support overall digestive function

People come to me for sleep issues, cycles that aren’t balanced, the stress “switch” that never fully turns off, tension that lives in the jaw and shoulders, digestion that reacts to everything.

Not because acupuncture is magic. Because the body keeps a record, and this medicine reads it.

If you’re struggling with chronic stress, digestive issues, insomnia, or anything mentioned on slide 2…

DM me the word “BOOK” and I’ll send you info on how to book a complimentary consultation with us.

We look forward to meeting you. 🤍

A stroke can have lasting effects on movement, coordination, speech, swallowing, and independence.

Fortunately, acupuncture can be a great complement in supporting post-stroke recovery by:

Supporting circulation: Acupuncture may help promote blood flow and circulation.

Encouraging neuroplasticity: Acupuncture may help support the development of new neural pathways involved in movement and coordination.

Supporting motor function: Acupuncture may complement rehabilitation focused on improving movement and coordination.

Supporting swallowing function: Post-stroke dysphagia can significantly affect daily life. Research suggests acupuncture combined with rehabilitation may help improve swallowing function in some stroke survivors.

Recovery is not always a straight line. Every small improvement in movement, coordination, or communication can make a difference on your road to recovery.

Founder of Trend Acupuncture

08/25/2026

I founded Trend Acupuncture in 2014 because I know what it feels like to search for answers when your body isn’t functioning the way you know it should.

After years of navigating my own health struggles, I became deeply passionate about a different approach to care—one that looks beyond simply managing symptoms and asks why is this happening in the first place?

That question became the foundation of Trend Acupuncture.

Today, my mission is to help people understand their bodies, address underlying imbalances, and create a personalized path toward feeling better and functioning better.

I specialize in supporting people with chronic pain, neuropathy, autoimmune conditions, inflammation, and nervous system dysregulation through individualized treatment plans that may incorporate acupuncture alongside advanced, minimally invasive therapies such as ATP Resonance BioTherapy®, StemWave regenerative therapy, and O₃ ReBoot Therapy®.

What matters most to me is that every person who walks through the door feels heard. Your care should never feel one-size-fits-all. I believe in clear communication, thoughtful diagnostics, and combining the wisdom of thousands of years of acupuncture with modern therapies and technology.

Because true healing isn’t always about finding another way to silence a symptom.

Sometimes, it’s about taking a step back, listening to what your body is telling you, and looking deeper.

That is the mission behind Trend Acupuncture: root-cause care, personalized treatment, and helping people move toward lasting, meaningful change.

Many people discover acupuncture because they’re looking for help with pain or tension, but its potential benefits extend far beyond that.

7 reasons someone may explore acupuncture beyond pain relief:

1️⃣ Stress & nervous system support — Helping the body shift toward a calmer, more regulated state.

2️⃣ Better sleep — Supporting relaxation and healthy sleep patterns.

3️⃣ Digestive health — Acupuncture may be used to support concerns like bloating, nausea, constipation, and digestive discomfort.

4️⃣Hormonal & menstrual support — Some people use acupuncture to support PMS symptoms, menstrual concerns, and overall reproductive wellness.

5️⃣ Headaches & migraines — Acupuncture may help reduce the frequency or severity of certain headaches and migraines.

6️⃣ Mental & emotional well-being — Supporting relaxation, stress management, and a greater sense of balance.

7️⃣ Whole-body wellness — Acupuncture takes a holistic approach, supporting the body’s interconnected systems rather than focusing on just one symptom.

Your body isn’t a collection of separate parts.

Everything is connected—and sometimes, creating more balance in one area can influence how you feel as a whole.

If you’ve always thought acupuncture was just for pain, this is your sign to look a little deeper. Interested in learning more? Call or email us to schedule a complimentary consultation.

PCOS can feel frustrating, confusing, and like your body is working against you.

While there isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution, acupuncture may help support your body in ways that can make a real difference. By:

Supporting more regular cycles
Encouraging ovulation
Improving insulin sensitivity
Helping balance hormones
Reducing stress and inflammation
Supporting fertility goals

One of the things we love most about acupuncture is that it doesn’t just focus on one symptom — it looks at the bigger picture and supports your body as a whole.

If you’re struggling with irregular periods, fertility challenges, acne, PMS, or the rollercoaster that often comes with PCOS, acupuncture may be worth exploring as part of your wellness plan.

One of the biggest reasons people avoid acupuncture is because they’re worried about the needles.

The reality? Acupuncture needles are incredibly thin — often about the width of a few human hairs and significantly smaller than the needles used for injections or blood draws.

Most of our patients are surprised by how comfortable the experience is, often saying things like:

“I barely felt anything.”
“That was so relaxing.”
“Why didn’t I try this sooner?”
“Wait… acupuncture needles are that small?” 👀

If fear of needles has been holding you back, you might be surprised by just how gentle acupuncture can be.

Think acupuncture is only for pain? Think again. 👇

Acupuncture supports so much more than sore muscles and back pain.

It may help with:
- Headaches and migraines
- Anxiety and stress
- Trouble falling or staying asleep
- Digestive issues like IBS, reflux, and bloating
- PMS and irregular cycles
- Fertility support and pregnancy care
- Fatigue, hot flashes, and hormone balance
- Numbness, tingling, and nerve-related symptoms

Your body is constantly working to heal, regulate, and restore balance. Acupuncture helps support the systems responsible for that healing by calming the nervous system, improving circulation, and encouraging your body’s natural recovery processes.

If you’ve been dealing with symptoms that you’ve been told are “normal,” it may be time to look at your health from a different angle. 📞

Back pain isn’t just about “tight muscles.” Often, it’s your body responding to stress, inflammation, tension, and nervous system overload all at once.

Acupuncture works by supporting the body on a deeper level. It involves the insertion of extremely fine needles into the skin at specific “acupoints” along the meridians. Scientific evidence has shown this results in pain relief by releasing endorphins, the body’s natural painkilling chemicals, and may affect the part of the brain that governs levels of serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved with mood.

When it comes to back pain, acupuncture helps:
• Reduce pain signaling
• Calm the nervous system
• Increase circulation + blood flow
• Release deep muscle tension

When the body feels safe and supported, healing can begin naturally.
