*Downward chop*
Core burner. With your weight on the outside leg, pull the cable from the top position down towards your hip. Rotate your torso, leading with your outside arm, keeping it as straight as possible until your hand is beside your hip.

*Cable chest fly*
I always finish off chest day with these. Core engaged, with a slight forward lean. Keep your elbows down at 45° from your body, keeping your hands facing each other. This will move focus to using your chest vs your shoulders. Make sure to squeeze your chest together at the end of the movment.

Alternating single arm, deadlift -> bent over row -> clean -> press.
