We spent the day together updating our CPR certifications, welcoming new team members, completing orientation, updating our photography & even filming fun content!

What does a doula actually do?

A doula does not replace your medical team. 🤍

Instead, your doula works alongside your healthcare providers to support your experience throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

While your medical team focuses on your clinical care, your doula provides continuous emotional support, education, encouragement, and comfort measures.

Our goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported while working collaboratively with the care team you've chosen.

Meet Jessica 📚🤱🏽

Jessica is a compassionate presence for families navigating every season of parenthood. Like many doulas, her own birth and postpartum experiences shaped the path that led her here.

That passion inspired Jessica to become a doula and serve as an extension of each family’s village through pregnancy and postpartum. She provides nurturing guidance, evidence-based education, and hands-on support to the families she serves with care and intention.

Jessica is also the warm and welcoming voice behind our Discovery Calls, helping families feel heard, supported, and cared for from the very first connection.
