Heavy blankets in the crib are not safe. A snug swaddle or a wearable blanket gives your baby the comfort they need without putting them in danger.

Mental health matters at every stage of life.

It’s critical to focus on early identification and care for children and teens.

Pediatric providers play a key role in identifying mental health challenges that may surface during summer break. TCAPES offers clinical support, education, and resources to help address behavioral health needs in children and adolescents across Tennessee.

A safe crib is really all they need.

Firm. Flat. Empty. No pillows, no bumpers, no blankets, no toys. Just a tight-fitting sheet on a solid mattress.

A clear crib is a safer crib.
