So here’s the truth:

You CAN lose weight eating at places like Chipotle — IF you know how to order.

And honestly…

Why?

Because it automatically creates portion control.

Most people don’t need the massive burrito loaded with 1,400 calories and extra everything.

Sometimes the fastest fat loss strategy is simply eating ENOUGH…
