Distance Reiki is just what it says. It is a Reiki session done either via phone or Zoom call. I tune into your energy and as you relax right where you are, I send the healing energy to you. Because this energy can travel throughout space and time we don't need to be in the same place or even at the same time. How cool is that? :)
Just like an in-person session, we will chat a bit about what your intention is for the session. Whether it be pain relief, stress reduction etc.....No matter what the intention is we always start off with that. Then I will guide you into relaxation with some breathwork, visual cues, and maybe even music.

Hello everyone!! I know it has been quite some time since I posted here. It's been almost a year, and I have been focusing on healing myself mentally, spiritually, and physically. It has been quite a journey! I have closed up the online store, BUT....I still welcome custom Mala/Bracelet orders and I still stock Moon water and oils for those who want those items. I will share more about that later.

As you can tell I have changed up this page a bit as my focus has also changed somewhat as I became a Reiki Master while I was away and I felt the universe steering me back towards Reiki and how I can share it with others.
So, I am super excited to share that I will now be offering Distance and In-Person Reiki sessions!!
The in-person sessions will be in Coralville, IA (see address on this page) and those will be limited to specific Saturdays and/or Sundays each month. I will post information as dates/times open up.
If you would like to have a Distance session, those will be scheduled during the week either morning or early evenings. If you don't know what distance Reiki healing is check out the next post and I will share that information. Distance sessions are approx. 45 minutes to 1 hour and you will also get an Oracle card reading as well. If you would like to have just a card reading we can do that as well and those are 15-20 minutes. To get on my books please send me an email and please specify which you are looking for.

I am so excited to share the healing energy of Reiki with everyone that is open to it. It has been life-changing for me and I wish that for everyone who experiences it!

Hey everyone I am back!! I know it has been awhile, sometimes healing takes longer than we think. I have learned that grief has no timeline. But, I am working every day to heal and I am glad to be back at it. So many beautiful new ideas have been born in this dark time. Today I share this one with you!

I saw this and was reminded that it is okay to be different. It is okay to be right where we are on OUR own personal journeys. We do not have to compare our place in the cosmos with anyone else's. It is such a beautiful thing to embrace your position and place in this world in this present moment.
