g to my grandmother who has since passed. We have lived here in TX calling it home for over 13 years. I'm a single mom blessed with two talented gifted young adults Ashley & Matthew. Ashley helped draw & design the logo for Becca's Gluten Free Specialty. Our Tag Line is "Giving From The Heart." I have studied Nutrition for years and continue to follow Doctors & Research. I truly enjoy helping people be able to eat quality homemade food that is healthy & delicious. My goal is to make it easy & accessible to everyone. I use All Natural, Fresh & Heart Healthy ingredients & find vendors who do not have any cross contamination or procecessed with any other products. My family has many food allergies and we have gone back to making everything from scratch at home. There are not many Gluten Free Companies that I can eat their food due to containing or cross contamination of milk, soy, wheat, almond, corn, tapioca, guar gum, carragean, and certain spices such as paprika & black pepper. I'm happy to find great products that I can have and will share them with you. Currently putting a cookbook together for 2018. I will have Baked goods for sale at local events and for order on a limited supply until I get my recipes packaged for you. I'm excited to bring and offer something my family & friends know tastes great for Celiacs, Autistim, ADHD & Specialty for other allergies & intolerances, Diabetes & weight loss. I personally lost over 150lbs eating this way and have kept it off. I'm hypoglycemic & I follow the Eat Right 4 Your Bloodtype & Geneotype Diet by Dr Peter D'Adamo. My family has Amazing Testimonies that we have been blessed with & want to share with others. My daughter suffered for years from seizures & all the anti seizure drugs they could give her made things worse. I researched Celiacs & drug resistance. We, her Docotrs & I decided to take my daughter off all medications including for her ADHD because a side a effect was seizures. She was already on a strict Gluten Free Diet, Now we removed all Lactose & Casein as well as adding in Eating Right 4 Your Blood Type & Genotype. She is seizure free & medication free supplemeting with magnesium. She maintains the same strict diet & can tell the difference. I am providing you with the best knowledge I have so that you can research & become better informed. My goal as a Mom is to see my kids grow & thrive. Be healthy & see that their dreams become a reality for the many talents they have to offer. I can't wait to be able to send them care packages of Mom's food so they don't have to worry about where are they going to find the foods that are safe for them to eat to stay healthy. Knowing the personal struggles of some families who have children with Autism Their is a lot of research that a Gluten Free, Lactose & Casein Free diet is most beneficial to these kids. I have not found any companies making tasty healthy foods in a variety for this amazing kids and families. I want Becca's Gluten Free Specialty to be the company that cares enough to have created affordable, accessible foods for them to enjoy. I want to be able to give back to the Celiac & Autistic Research to further what I know & feel has become a huge epidemic on the rise.
