Brent Chesney's Sandcastle 5k Run and Walk The Sandcastle Run benefits the American Diabetes Association which helps the children of the Coastal Bend with Diabetes.

Brent Chesney’s Sandcastle Run is a 5k or 10k run and walk to raise awareness for children struggling with Diabetes. All proceeds are donated to the American Diabetes Association to help children in the Coastal Bend with Diabetes. Every dollar raised from this race stays right here in the Coastal Bend.

Below is the race route for Brent Chesney’s Sandcastle 5K & 10K Run and Walk! Runners that will be participating in the 10k, you will run the route twice. We are so excited to see everyone! Friendly reminder to please think about traffic since our beaches are a prime spot for the solar eclipse!

Happy Race Week everyone! Just a few things before Brent Chesney’s Sandcastle 5K & 10K Run on Saturday, October 14th:
-Packet pick-up will be held Friday, October 13th at Fleet Feet in Gulfway Shopping Center from 11am-2pm
-The solar eclipse is bringing lots of visitors to our beaches on Saturday so we do recommend arriving early and being cautious of traffic!
-The first 200 people to arrive on Race Day will receive a race t-shirt!
