🙏 FAITHFUL FRIDAY | You Are Called to Serve, Not Just to Succeed

Nursing is more than a career.

It is an opportunity to care, comfort, advocate, bring hope, and make a difference in another person’s life.

As an IEMN, your journey toward nursing practice in the USA may include studying, uncertainty, setbacks, waiting, and starting again. But remember: **your journey is not wasted.**

God can use every season to develop your knowledge, strengthen your character, deepen your compassion, and prepare you for the work ahead.

📖 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23

So this Shabbat:

🕊️ **Rest** in His Word.
💙 **Renew** your strength.
❤️ **Remember** that He is with you in every step.
🙏 **Trust** Yeshua with what you cannot control.

Your worth is not measured by an exam result, a job offer, or a professional title.

**You are called to serve. And wherever He leads you, serve with excellence, compassion, and faith.**

🌎 Keep the faith. Keep the focus. Keep making a difference.

Please join us in congratulating our newest Registered Nurse, Elisa RN, BSN, on successfully passing the NCLEX-RN! 🩺🇺🇸

This milestone represents countless hours of studying, perseverance through challenges, unwavering determination, and the courage to keep moving forward even when the journey was difficult.

Most importantly, today we give all glory and honor to God, who faithfully guided every step of this journey.

"As for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded."
— 2 Chronicles 15:7

Your success is a testimony that faith, preparation, and perseverance can overcome every obstacle.

May the Lord continue to direct your path as you begin this new chapter of serving others with excellence, compassion, and integrity.

🗣️ WORDWISE WEDNESDAY

**You don’t need complicated English to sound professional. You need clear, confident, and safe communication.**

As an Internationally Educated Nurse, one of the most important parts of your transition to nursing practice in the USA is learning how to communicate your clinical thinking clearly.

Sometimes, the most professional thing you can say is:

🗣️ “I am concerned about this patient’s change in condition.”

❓ “Could you please clarify the order?”

🛑 “I don’t feel comfortable proceeding until I have clarification.”

👂 “Let me make sure I understand what you are saying.”

⬆️ “I need to escalate this concern.”

These aren't signs of weakness or lack of knowledge.

They are examples of **professional communication, patient advocacy, and clinical judgment.**

🇺🇸 Your English does not have to be perfect to advocate for your patient. **Your communication needs to be clear and safe.**

💙 Practice these phrases. Say them out loud. Make them part of your professional vocabulary.

**Which phrase would you feel most comfortable using? Which one would you like to practice? Tell us below!**

🩺 **What does a safe nurse look like in the USA?**

Being a professional nurse in the USA is about more than knowing the right answer.

It means being able to recognize changes, use clinical judgment, communicate clearly, document accurately, and advocate for patient safety.

As an Internationally Educated Nurse, you already bring valuable knowledge and experience. Your transition is about learning how to apply that foundation within the U.S. healthcare system.

🇺🇸 **NCLEX is one important step—but it is not the destination.**

Our goal is to help you become the nurse who can practice **safely, confidently, and professionally in the USA.**

💙 Keep learning.
❤️ Keep growing.
🇺🇸 Keep moving forward.

**Which of these skills are you working on right now? Tell us in the comments!**
