Be mindful of what it is you’re focusing on my friends. Try to create a list of what is is you’d like to accomplish next week. As you write each goal down listen to what your inner voice is saying as you write. Look at the goal you just wrote, look at the words, feel the emotions you are feeling as you read it aloud. Are you giving yourself a pep talk to prepare you for the future (this is a great idea, yes you’re going to do great) OR are your thoughts keeping you from moving forward( I can’t, I wish I could do this but I just don’t have what it takes, this is impossible why do I even want to do this) These inner thoughts can lift you up just as much as they can bring you down. Be mindful and simply observe.
If you’re saying something you don’t agree with, make note of it and find a new positive affirmation to replace that limiting belief. Turn a complaint into a possibility. 🌱
