Play isn’t just for kids — it’s one of the most regulating, healing, and creativity-enhancing things adults can practice too. ✨

When adults engage in play, it can:
• reduce stress and burnout
• increase creativity and problem solving
• strengthen relationships and connection
• improve emotional resilience
• help regulate the nervous system
• reconnect us with joy, curiosity, and spontaneity

Play can look like dancing outside, painting badly on purpose, laughing with friends, trying something new, being outside, games, imagination, movement, music, or anything that makes you feel free instead of productive.

Somewhere along the way, many of us learned that rest had to be earned and joy had to be justified. But play is not childish — it’s deeply human. 🤍
