Hey Everyone! Sorry for the delay. I'm going to be taking the summer off from making meals. There are some important matters that I'm needing to focus on right now. See you in the fall!

Next week's meal options:
-Chicken Salad Sandwiches (light chicken salad, lettuce, tomatoes and red onion with whole grain bread) ($3, $11)
-Roasted Herb Pork Loin with Veggie and Potato Medley ($4, $15)
-Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast with Sautéed Greens and Couscous ($4, $15)

Meals will be cooked on Monday and available for pickup or delivery Tuesday (26th), mid morning. Please let me know by this Friday night if you'd like any of next week's meals.

-Edamame and Corn Salad with Shredded Chicken Breast ($3, $11)
-Tuscon White Bean Soup with Mild Italian Sausage and Wilted Greens ( $4, $15)

Please let me know by this Friday night if you'd like any of next week's meals. Meals will be available for pick up on Monday May 11th.

Light Beef Stroganoff (Mixture of Lean Ground Beef and Turkey in Mushroom Sour Cream Sauce over Egg Noodles) ($4, $15)

Creamy Buffalo Shredded Chicken Sandwiches with Coleslaw ($3, $11)

White Chicken Chili ($4, $15)
