✨ New wanderings...

Welcome to the charming little Swedish town of Kingsburg! 🇸🇪❤️

It has a bit of that Solvang feel—but without all the crowds. There’s plenty more to discover here, but today I only captured one of the streets in the heart of downtown. Maybe this little glimpse will inspire you to visit for yourself. 😉

I made big fluffy egg bites this morning in my air fryer! 😁👍

*For 2 rammekins:
-3 or 4 eggs (I used 4 but they were pretty full!)
-2 mini sausage patties
- chopped red bell pepper (i used about 1/4)
- chopped onions
And you can put some cheese in there...I didn't a I'm lactose intolerant.

Put it in the air fryer on 350°for 11 minutes and let them rest in there for a few minutes (to finish setting the eggs and cooling the rammekins a little).
