This wasn’t about quick fixes or forcing her to “stand up straight.”

It was about consistency.

Stronger upper back.
Stronger core.
Better breathing mechanics.
Less stress tension.

Over time, strength becomes posture.
Posture becomes confidence.

This is what steady work looks like.

No extremes.
