"The person who did my installation was named CHRIS. He did the installation of Grab Bars in my shower. The surface, which was ceramic, was so difficult to drill into that he had to use a number of drills just to get through the ceramic. Once through, he installed the bars in a measured position. He truly cleaned up the surface of the tile and also the floor. Because of the method in which he collected the mess from above, it was not that bad! He did a great job and if I ever need work again from Access, please send me individuals who work like CHRIS."
