Don’t sleep on laughing cow cheese. One little triangle is only 25 calories and it’s creamy. I get the Aldi brand and it’s cheaper. I use them in my scrambled eggs to give a creaminess or I put it on toast for sandwiches or spread on my wraps. I’ve seen people put the regular one in their mac and cheese cups to make it creamier and cheesier. Laughing cow brand has a few flavors to choose from. I believe Aldi has this one, pepperjack and original
