Finally have a day off. It’s meal prep day later this afternoon. Will be making turkey burgers, turkey meatballs, cook some shrimp and cooking my chicken. Will have some chicken to freeze. Going through the parent’s freezer to pick out fish and shrimp to add to my freezer. I will post pictures later today of things.

I like fried foods but I’m not huge on it. I rather marinate my seafood or toss in a light sauce then bake it pan cook it. Now like I said if you’re counting calories you have to be mindful of the calories in sauces. I don’t use a lot. Just enough to give a little flavor. Mostly I’m going to use for my shrimp when I pan cook or bake. My fish I’ll use dry seasonings and a little butter.

I love kinders. A little pricy, but for me so worth it. Last time I put my shrimp in the teriyaki one and it was so good. These are the two I’m buying Tuesday to give me a little variety.

The lemon one is 25 calories per 1 tbsp. The brown sugar of course is more with 70 calories per 2 tbsp.

So if you use things like these just be mindful of the added calories.

Tuesday I’ll be raiding the parents freezer for fish and shrimp. Lol. Pretty excited. My mom has been super kind and has been making me little bags of shrimp. I can’t eat much thanks to gastric sleeve so she has been making me my own bags. I have a few marinades and sauces from kinders in my Walmart cart. I have chicken tenderloins and two packs of ground turkey. With the turkey I want to make turkey burgers and turkey meatballs. Tuesday I really want to spend time in the kitchen meal prepping so I can freeze meals.

The next few days I’ll just be eating whatever’s in the freezer. Trying to clean it out so I can freshly start the Mediterranean diet to help my PCOS. I also worked a small shift Thursday instead of having off so I didn’t have time to meal prep since I work this weekend. So it’s a free for all lmao. I’ll stay In my calorie range of course but it won’t be high in protein or on the healthier side of things at all. Just bear with me guys lol.
