Why is this day being created?
This day is being created to help normalize breastfeeding in public one Mommy at a time with the hope that it will also inspire all Mothers to breastfeed their babies with confidence wherever they are.

How should this day be observed? This day should be celebrated by simply breastfeeding your baby in a public place. Whether covered or uncovered, our babies should eat without judgement and side eyes.

My baby only breastfeeds and I want to start introducing the bottle, but he refuses to take it.😵‍💫🍼

The most common mistake that we make without realizing it, and that affects the way in which our baby responds to the bottle, is the way in which we position the bottle’s ni**le to introduce it into his mouth.

We incorrectly try to point the bottle’s ni**le directly at our baby's tongue 👅 but unfortunately this can cause the baby to have a negative reflex and position her tongue in the wrong position.

The right thing to stimulate the sucking reflex (either breast ni**le, bottle ni**le, etc.) the ni**le needs to touch the palate of your baby first! 🤓

How did we get this?🧐
We need to angle the ni**le of the bottle slightly upwards in the baby's mouth, instead of directly towards the tongue.
And once the baby starts sucking, we can modify the position of the bottle horizontally. ✨
