A grim prognosis from the Nephrologist revealed a harsh dark truth: A new kidney was needed, stat! Today she celebrates her 6th year after her loving sister heroically donated one of her kidneys to save her life. Talk about her sisters keeper 🥹. What an honor to have been able to gift her this tiny little piece for such a monumental moment.

Happy “1st” year wedding anniversary to our makeup client, Maricela! The second tattoo on this client and one of my faves! The placement and lettering is intentional. Melissa wanted me to recreate the same tattoo her father has tatted on his arm; size + font & all! A small tattoo with a BIG meaning… I love to see it! 🫶🏽

Proud of this abdomen piece worked on in sessions since 2022. What a pivotal moment! At the start of the mandala my client was only months into her post-partum healing. It was challenging because I was working with soft tissue impacted by birth and stretch marks (just keeping it real). However, she believed in my ability to make it happen. Her positive and encouraging attitude gave me the confidence to bring her vision to fruition. Tbh, I already lost count how many tattoos I’ve done on this amiga turned client - she’s the epitome of women supporting women. Love you Janet!

She’s already booked for her next piece and I can’t wait to realize her vision yet again. Eek!
