Man I am fat! Ain’t no better way to say it! Bigger than i promised myself that I’d ever be an again 230-235lbs, I have to weigh myself! Over the last few months I’ve been eating bad & not working out. I look and feel like it too! (Photos coming soon). I am honestly disappointed in Myself. As I have consistently been working out, drinking smoothies & eating only when I’m hungry! For almost 3 yrs! I have none of the above in the recent months to the point of overindulging! It’s ok tho I won’t beat myself up about it! I’ll make the proper changes & most importantly keep the promise that I made to myself! Journey with me as I detox by smoothies, juicing, fasting! I’ll be doing all 3 for 63 days straight, 21 days of all 3 in the time period! This will start on Tuesday 2/20/24. Maybe sooner. On my start date I’ll share my weight & body fat percentage.
