WORK CENTER: Clients (adults with disabilities) enrolled in our Work Center Program come to our facility to perform packaging, fulfillment and assembly tasks for local companies. Our clients take great pride in the work performed, mastering new skills, earning a paycheck and contributing to the success of local companies. EMPLOYMENT PLACEMENT PROGRAM
For adults with disabilities who choose to work
in the community and/or graduate from the work training in our Work Center, we offer hands-on community employment placement services. Once clients are referred to us, we walk them through all steps of the job search and interview process. Support includes: Resume writing and review, online and offline job search training, step-by-step guidance for online and offline applications, mock interviews, interview preparation and transportation assistance. VETERANS
U&I provides employment services, transportation aid, computer upskilling, forklift training and job search assistance to veterans with disabilities. YOUTH
U&I provides classroom based instruction for high school students to improve self awareness, soft skills and job preparation.
