Life hack: if you repeat something over and over to yourself your brain will eventually accept it as truth, why not use affirmations to redefine your truth to your subconscious mind by practicing talking to yourself nice and encouraging and supporting yourself, the thought will eventually turn into actions! Its not easy but completely worth it!!
