Well, the hydrogen peroxide journey was short. We made it to 19 drops and then we couldn't go any higher. In fact, when before I couldn't taste the drops at all, I was shuddering after drinking. Then whenever I tried to drink even a few drops, it tasted horrible to me.

Let me know if you do it and how you tolerate it.

I've decided to document my detox journey. Years ago I read Flood Your Body with Oxygen by Ed McCabe and have drank ozone water periodically. I recently purchased The One Minute Cure which discusses the hydrogen peroxide method specifically. It's difficult to find much in the US on this, so I thought I would document my journey. I AM NOT A HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL, this is just my personal experience.

We are using DILUTED 35% FOOD GRADE hydrogen peroxide and following the daily drop schedule in the books. It should take 25 days to reach the top dose. Depending on how it tastes we plan on staying at that level for 2 weeks. We've read reviews on Amazon that the taste is pretty bad and some people don't do it. We'll see.

Today is day two. There is a slight taste to the water, but nothing bad. I decided to add an e***a (which I do periodically just never with hydrogen peroxide), but my husband doesn't do those. Again, nothing unusual.

The most difficult part is managing our food and water intake as it's 1 hour before meals or 3 hours after and you take the diluted drops 3 times a day.
