When people ask how this school year going🤪

My position as an instructional coach this year means:
-Helping teachers with their class
-Working with small groups of students
-Garden lead
-Dyslexia pullout
-Tech support
-Unoffical snack coordinator
-Yoga/Meditation enthusiast

Had to wipe some teacher tears, place some kids on mute, reset and reboot tech, meetings with parents, and just run around the school doing other random tasks with the principals.

This year is definitely INTERESTING for us all. Find time to take breaks and breathe. Be kind people 💚

Spider 2 with leg extension strengthens and lengthens the vertebrae, which increases elasticity and flexibility of the spine. This pose strengthens your arms, wrists, abdomen, legs, shoulders and chest while opening those chakras!
