A lesson I’ve learned about value…
There was a time when certain individuals would tell me my mentorship pricing was too high, and they can’t afford it.
And honestly, I understood.
From the outside, it can look like you’re paying for a few conversations, a few hours of someone’s time, or a handful of coaching sessions.
But that’s never what mentorship is.
What you’re really investing in is the journey someone has already taken.
The mistakes they’ve made.
The fears they’ve faced.
The healing they’ve fought for.
The wisdom they’ve earned.
When women work with me, they’re not hiring me because I have all the answers.
They’re investing in someone who has walked through trauma, abuse, loss, self-doubt, divorce, co-parenting challenges, and seasons where giving up would have been easier.
They’re investing in someone who has overcome experiences and obstacles that could have broken me, yet chose healing, growth, and resilience instead.
They’re investing in someone who has done the inner work.
Someone who understands firsthand that success is not built on strategy alone.
It’s built on identity.
It’s built on healing.
It’s built on learning how to regulate your nervous system, trust yourself again, release old stories, and stop allowing your past to dictate your future.
The truth is, everything I have built in my life—including PROJECT BEAUTY— was created after doing the work to heal and transform my mindset.
That’s the foundation.
Not the business.
Not the awards.
Not the recognition.
The foundation is becoming the person capable of creating those things.
Recently, being named a D CEO Leadership Excellence finalist was a beautiful reminder that the work matters.
But the recognition didn’t create the value.
The value was created years ago in the quiet moments when no one was watching. The moments when I chose healing over bitterness, growth over excuses, and possibility over fear.
That’s what I mentor women on.
How to become the version of themselves capable of creating the life they desire.
If you’ve been thinking about working with me, now is the time to reach out. My mentorship pricing will be increasing in August as I expand my advisory, speaking, and mentorship work.
And if there’s one thing life has taught me, it’s this:
The greatest investment you will ever make is not in a business, a strategy, or a goal.
It’s in the person you’re becoming. ❤️
