I've said it many times before and I'll say it again today: Yoga has been and will always be my anchor 🧘‍♀️ This week has been a challenging one physically and emotionally and I'm so grateful for being able to practice when I can and for being able to connect with my body and with my breathing 🙏

Currently I'm offering online private and group classes. Dm me for questions and scheduling. I'm also offering live yoga sessions every Sunday at 1 pm ET. All live sessions are donations based 🌻

Do you suffer from back pain? Do you have a "round" back? Try this helpful pose to add extension in your spine and to lengthen the muscles on the side of your body 💪

This was a short snap from last Sunday's practice. The focus was on upper back strength and mobility. We did a variation of poses to lengthen the spine and to strengthen the muscles surrounding it.

For that person who gets too hard on themselves sometimes 🙏

This past week I was so exhausted from my day time job that I wasn't able to get on the mat and practice at all.

At first I was upset about it and felt like I let my own body down. But when I got on the mat, all those feelings went away. Instead, I was taken by so much joy and gratitude for being able to practice at all and for being able to feel present and connected to my body.

Practicing yoga isn't about how much you do it or how far you push your body. It's about that beautiful, peaceful, fuzzy feeling you get afterwards.

Self love starts with kindness, forgiveness and gratitude towards oneself. What are you grateful for today?

Here's a little snippet from today's session. The sequence was focused on lengthening and strengthening the arms and shoulders muscles.

Just a little snippet from today's session. The sequence was focused on lower body movement. We practiced static and dynamic stretches to increase the range of motion in the joints.

Just a little sneak peak from today's live session 😉

I've been having so much fun designing weekly sequences targeting different areas in the body.

This week was all about upper body and balance. We did lengthening and strengthening poses, combined with some balancing ones.

I hope you all enjoyed the session and can't wait to practicing with you again 🥰
