She’s a licensed nurse at our Stonebriar store — and also a personal trainer and a nutrition coach, which is why her go-to shots aren’t the ones you’d expect.

L-Carnitine and L-Arginine are two of the amino acid injections we carry. They’re part of her own routine around training and recovery.

A few of the nurses you'll meet.

There are about 17 of them across our two stores, so we can't fit everyone in one post — but here are four to start.

Every injection at both locations is given by a licensed RN. Not a technician, not an assistant — a nurse, with the training that comes with it.

It's a small thing that turns out to matter. It means whoever is behind the counter that day can also answer what you're actually wondering: what's in it, how often, whether it makes sense for you at all. You don't have to have your question polished before you ask it.
