So today is Day 22. 22 days of Carnivore. 3 weeks of weight training. 22 days of Plexus and the new RESTORE.

Because we often lack perspective, many times in life we don’t see the big picture. We get bogged down in our day to day and think nothing is happening, nothing is changing, that we aren’t making any progress.

Soooo glad I decided to photo document this RESTORE journey. Beyond excited about what I have accomplished in just 💪3 weeks💪 and can’t wait to see where I am on September 15th when Sundee and I leave for Maui 🏝️

Already have some folks joining me on this journey, but there’s ✅always room for more!✅!

Well in the vein of true change takes time and persistence, day 15 finds me down only an additional .1 pounds. However, got is 3 solid days of weight training last week and I know eventually the scale won’t matter as much as the photos and my overall health. Let’s goooooooo!!!

Day 8 is here and what a week!!! Y’all the new RESTORE is Legit! I know us guys lose it faster than you gals, but I was PUMPED when I saw these pics side by side. Plexus you have OUTDONE yourself with this one!!! Down 7.8 pounds, worked out with weights 3 times, carnivore diet (been doing that since last year), and so busy with all the things. Thank you Plexus!!!

Well as I said yesterday, I am starting a new health journey. As you know, every journey begins with single step. Sundee and I technically started our journey last night as we both took the new Daily Plexus Restore for the first time…haven’t slept that good in a long time and I have started the detox process! We worked out together this AM for the first time in forever🎉🎉🎉

Now comes the hard part, sharing with you in full transparency where I am starting off. It will only get better, but EVERYONE has to start somewhere💪 Feel free to share your start below 😉
