🍂Today is a beautiful today to celebrate the harvest in our lives!!🍂

Here are some amazing ways to celebrate the change in season!

🍁Clean & decorate the home with autumn decor
🍁 Collect pine cones, apples and fall leaves for your alter and home
🍁 Make warm nourishing foods
🍁 Create a list of everything you're grateful for and share with friends and family
🍁 Fill your space with smells of cinnamon, sage, orange and apples
🍁 Reflect on the the change of season within your own life
🍁 Release what needs to be left in summer
🍁 Drink warm apple cider or a pumpkin spice latte
🍁 Step into nature and feel the shift

Yesterday we opened our hearts to give and receive love freely. ✨🖤✨⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The body informs the mind and the mind informs the body! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When we sit with our shoulders closed in, we close off our bodies. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For 60 min we focused on opening the heart, and the results are felt throughout the week. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
P.S. you don't have to do camel pose to open the heart. Just roll your shoulders back, lift your heart to the sky, and take a deep breath ☺️
