Head and Spine Institute LLC has been providing monitoring of the brain and spinal cord during surgery for more than 20 years. As we all mature, we would like to encourage our staff and community at large to invest in their health and wellness, and become better educated on nutrition and fitness - it is amazing what our bodies can do when provided with what it needs for optimal functioning.
