Do you wake up in the morning with a puffy face or heavy legs at the end of the day? Well, let me explain what might be happening...

Your lymphatic system is a highway...and it travels through fascia. Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds organs, muscles, nerves, and vessels.

When fascia becomes dehydrated, inflamed, tight from stress, and restricted by scars or surgery the flow of lymphatic fluid becomes slow.

What helps...gentle stretching, hydration, myofasacial work, and lymphatic techniques that have proved more affective than intense exercise for bodies that are tired, inflamed and overwhelmed.

Hi Everyone,

Its been a minute since Ive posted anything. However, good things are happening here at Azimuth and I would like you all to know about it!!

Presence over perfection!! Right?!?!

Azimuth has slowly been transitioning to include Lymphatic Massage. My goal with this transition phase is to educate the audience on why addressing/gaining knowledge on this topic is so important to your overall health and well being. Over the next few days/weeks I will be periodically posting information on different conditions related to the lymphatic system.
