You’re not lacking discipline.
You’re lacking precision.

The clients who come to us aren’t guessing.
They’ve already cleaned up their diet, prioritized sleep, and pulled back where needed. And many have even had labs run.

And yet… the fatigue is still there.

Because at this level, it’s no longer about doing more.
It’s about identifying what’s being missed.

What we often uncover most commonly:
• Dysregulated cortisol patterns (not just “stress”)
• Chronic under-fueling masked as “healthy eating”
• Low DHEA + testosterone impacting energy and drive
• Ferritin levels that are technically “normal”… but far from optimal
(and less commonly but runners up are - long haulers, reactivated EBV, tick borne illness, mold exposure, SIBO and celiac disease).

These common causes are about more than just one lab marker however - these are nuanced patterns.
And they require a strategic, data-driven approach to resolve.

If you’re ready to stop managing symptoms and start understanding your body at a deeper level - whether it's one of the more common causes - or a runner up....

Comment HELP and I’ll send you next steps on what it might look like to work with us to resolve that fatigue once and for all.

Because let's be real - how much better would your entire life be if you felt VIBRANT AND ENERGETIC all day every day?!

When you live with athletes, recovery isn’t optional.
Between practices, games, tournaments, strength training, there’s not a day there goes by where I don’t hear a “Mooooom....my (insert body part of the day) hurts...” 🫠

I’m always looking for tools that are effective and realistic enough that my boys will actually use them.
That’s why we’ve been loving the MOVE+ device.

Unlike many red light devices that require you to sit in front of a large panel (and hope you’re at the right distance for the right amount of time...) the MOVE+ is portable, wearable, and designed to deliver the precise targeted therapy directly on the area of concern.

What caught my attention is the combination of:
660nm red light
808nm near-infrared laser technology

The 660nm wavelength is commonly used to support circulation and tissues closer to the surface, while the 808nm wavelength is designed to reach deeper tissues and joints. The device combines both in a targeted, wearable design.

As a mom of three basketball players, l appreciate that it:
✅ Travels easily to tournaments and away games
✅ Doesn’t take up much space
✅ Is simple enough for teenagers to use on their own
✅ Fits into real life

Because consistency is what matters most when it comes to recovery.

Histamine is one of the most misunderstood topics in health.

Most people hear “histamine” and think:
🤧 Seasonal allergies
🤧 Sneezing
🤧 Runny nose

But in practice, we often end up exploring histamine with clients dealing with things that seem completely unrelated (spoiler alert - they are often related!):
• Anxiety
• Brain fog
• Headaches
• Insomnia
• Heart palpitations
• Dizziness
• Flushing
• Digestive issues
• Feeling worse around their cycle
• Reactions to even seemingly “healthy foods”

The challenge is that histamine symptoms can overlap with a LOT of other conditions.
Hormone imbalances.
Mold exposure.
MCAS.
Gut dysfunction.
Chronic infections.
Nervous system dysregulation.

That’s why I never recommend assuming histamine is the root cause.
It’s simply one piece of the puzzle worth investigating when the symptoms fit.

👇 I’d love to hear from you:
If you’ve struggled with histamine issues, what have you tried?
Low histamine diet?
DAO?
Antihistamines?
Addressing mold?
Healing your gut?

Or if you’re completely new to this topic, what’s your biggest question about histamine?
Let’s talk about it.

One of the biggest myths in functional medicine?
🚫 Food sensitivities are forever. And eating a limited diet forever is the answer.

This is false.
Food sensitivities are often a symptom—not the problem.

When the gut lining becomes damaged ("leaky gut"), larger food particles can cross into the bloodstream where they don't belong. The immune system sees those particles as foreign and creates an immune response.

The result is you start reacting to foods you've eaten your entire life.

And here's where things get even more frustrating...
Many people respond by cutting out more and more foods.

Soon they're eating the same 5-10 foods every day because they're afraid to react.

But the immune system is designed to notice what it sees repeatedly. When you're eating the exact same foods over and over while the gut is still compromised, it's not uncommon to develop reactions to those foods too. So you're "no" food list keeps growing. :(

The goal should NEVER be lifelong restriction.

The goal is to:
✔ Identify foods that may be triggering symptoms
✔ Remove them temporarily
✔ Heal the gut lining
✔ Reduce inflammation
✔ Support digestion and the microbiome
✔ Reintroduce as many foods as possible!!!

Because a healthy body should be able to tolerate a wide variety of foods.

I don't want my clients living on chicken, broccoli, and fear.

I want them eating at restaurants, celebrating birthdays, traveling, enjoying family dinners, and living their lives without obsessing over every ingredient.

Food freedom is the goal.
Not food fear.

👇 I know this might all sound controversial...what do you guys think? Have you heard this before? Or were you told the opposite and told to keep restricting more and more??

One of the hardest truths I've learned in this industry:
Expensive doesn't automatically mean effective.
And fancy doesn't automatically mean personalized.

I've seen people spend thousands of dollars on testing, supplements, protocols, memberships, and programs... only to feel exactly the same six months later.

Not because functional medicine doesn't work.
But because too often the approach becomes:
➡️ Hand over a protocol
➡️ Recommend 50 supplements
➡️ Schedule a follow-up in 6 months
➡️ Hope for the best

Healing is rarely that simple.

People need a detective to first find the true underlying drivers and root cause.
People need ongoing guidance and accountability.
People need adjustments when something isn't working.
People need someone asking the next question when they hit a roadblock.

That's why our team doesn't just hand you a protocol and disappear.

We walk alongside you.
We review your progress.
We answer your questions.
We troubleshoot.
We pivot when needed.
We celebrate the wins.
And we keep digging when the answers aren't obvious.

Because the goal isn't to give you the most supplements.
The goal is to get you results.

Have you ever invested in a health program, practitioner, or protocol that left you feeling unsupported?

👇 I'd love to hear your experience and what would have made it BETTER for you!

When parents come to us, they're often looking for help with symptoms:
Anxiety.
Attention challenges.
Emotional dysregulation.
Behavioral concerns.

But they know symptoms are only part of the story - and there's an underlying cause beneath the surface driving symptoms.

This case is a perfect example of why we don't stop at asking *what* is happening. We ask *why*.

🔍 We found signs of neuroinflammation and immune activation on brain-focused testing.
🔍 We found significant intestinal permeability and ongoing immune reactivity on gut testing.
🔍 We found evidence of fungal overgrowth and nutrient imbalances on organic acids testing.
🔍 We found elevated environmental toxins, including pesticides, BPA, mold-related toxins, and heavy metals.

None of these findings existed in isolation - they're all connected.

Instead of chasing symptoms, we built a strategy to support the whole child:
✔ Gut repair
✔ Nervous system support
✔ Immune regulation
✔ Reducing toxic burden
✔ Targeted nutritional support
✔ Strategic retesting

And over time, we saw meaningful improvements across multiple laboratory markers - but most importantly - meaningful improvement in how the child felt and moved through the world.

This is why I believe so strongly in comprehensive root-cause investigation.

Not because every child with anxiety has toxins or every child with attention challenges has gut dysfunction.
But because you'll never know what's driving symptoms if you never look.

Parents are often told to wait. To watch. To see what happens. Even in the most severe and disruptive cases. but I believe families deserve answers and peace of mind.

And often the answers are hiding in places no one has thought to investigate. ❤️ If you want to learn more about working with us for your child comment PEDS below or DM me!

Instagram is funny.
We can follow someone for years and still know almost nothing about them.

There’s always a story behind the profile.
A chapter nobody sees.
A challenge nobody knows about.
A passion that never makes it onto the feed.
A version of you that existed long before Instagram.

We’re all so much more than what fits in a bio.

So let’s make this comment section a little more interesting...

Describe yourself in just 3 words.

I’ll go first:
☕ Coffee-loving detective

Your turn. 👇

If you’ve been told there’s nothing you can do about your bloating, gas, pain, or your constipation is “just IBS,” or that you’ll need miralax or laxatives forever…

You must not know ’bout me. 😉

Because in most cases, there IS a reason your gut isn’t functioning the way it should.

Low stomach acid.
Poor bile flow.
SIBO.
Food triggers.
Nervous system dysfunction.
Hormone imbalances.
Thyroid issues.
Gut infections.
Medication side effects.

The goal isn’t to manage symptoms forever. The goal is to figure out WHY they’re happening in the first place.

No, chronic bloating after every meal isn’t normal.
No, going days without a bowel movement isn’t normal.
And no, “just live with it” isn’t a treatment plan.

Comment TEST below to learn more about how we get our clients relief using strategic labs and custom protocols. Not one random supplement that’s supposed to fix everything or everyone (hint: that never work), not a strict life time diet (restriction should NEVER be the goal) and no one size fits all protocols (you’re unique and your root cause and solution are unique too!).

if you’ve been told your symptoms were normal and you’ve lost hope - you must not know bout me 😉 because we’ve helped hundreds of people resolve their chronic gut issues for good!

Comment Test and learn how we do it!
