Celebrate every milestone,
every memory
One day you will look back
and see
that these moments shaped you into the mother,
the being you are meant to be
They’ve been hard
Sometimes you’ve cried
but all along you’ve had joy on your side
The moments
The memories
Precious to you
Looking back
You’ll see
The hard times
shaped you
into who you were meant to be

🔥 Breastfeeding doesn’t have to be a dumpster fire.
But let’s be real… without support or guidance, it can feel like one real quick. From painful latches to sleep-deprived Googling at 3 a.m.—we’ve all been there.
Here’s how to set yourself up for success (and sanity):
🧠 Learn BEFORE baby arrives
🍼 Know what’s actually normal
👶 Prioritize skin-to-skin + early feeds
📞 Ask for help before things spiral
🌼 And remember—you don’t have to do this alone.
✨ Need help? I’m here.
🤱 Tag a friend who needs this reminder!

Let me start by saying if you need lactation support I really wish it was easily covered by all existing insurance (similar to other preventive care. Insurance is really annoying!! But if you are seeing these posts from other LCs, a major company (TLN) just dropped a bunch of plans or are limiting visits. Nothing is changing here. Anthem plans are covered, as are most PPO and EPO plans. Most at unlimited visits. It is very plan specific so we will help you get your benefits checked.
