This time last week I was blessed to be able to have dinner with Dr. Andrew Campbell and his amazing wife, along with two incredible professionals in the mold industry, Danielle Aimee Tarjoman and Misty Freeland who I consider dear friends (we are missing Lindsay Reeves from Hope the Mold Dog but she is still a huge part of the Campbell Crew). My checks still hurt from all the jokes, laughter, and joy exchanged.

Never in a million years would I have guessed God would bless me with these incredible people in my life out of the heartache my family experienced for over 12 years with mold. You may never understand why things happen to you on this side of Heaven, but please know God is bigger than it all. If you're climbing an impossible mountain right now, keep going. There is healing and hope on the other side🩷

Not all fatigue is physical.

My guest Michelle McCoy believes spiritual fatigue is actually the most dangerous kind. It pulls you away from the truth of who God says you are, and from who He is. And when the stress in your life goes unaddressed, it doesn't just wear on your body. It touches your identity too.

If you've been running on empty in every sense, not just tired but distant from your faith, this conversation is worth hearing.

Mold was behind my decade of mystery chronic illness, and not a single doctor out of the over 30 I saw thought to check for it.

Glad to see more people are becoming aware of the dangers of mold for the human body!

A new study suggests the threat of mold-associated illnesses may be severely underestimated. DETAILS⬇️

Sneak peak from next week's episode!

Normal labs do not mean you are fine.

My guest Michelle McCoy sees this constantly. Women come to her with results their doctor called perfectly normal, and they still feel like garbage. When she looks at those same labs with a functional eye, she finds the discrepancies conventional ranges call unremarkable.

Low side of normal is not fine when you feel like this. If something in you knows it is not right, keep searching. You are your own best advocate.

Ever wonder why a healthy pregnancy can feel so hard to hold onto?

Bekah Yawn breaks down something almost no one talks about. When mold and inflammation are in the picture, they can affect the very lining a baby needs to implant and get nourished.

The moment a baby implants, tiny glands start feeding it right away. But when those tissues are inflamed or sick, implantation gets harder, and that baby may not get what it needs.

If you have walked through loss and never got a real answer, I want you to hear this. Your body isn't failing you. There may be a root no one has looked at yet.

Forty-eight hours after we moved back into our remediated home, I found four inches of water in the hallway.

We tore it to the studs, dried it for weeks, got clean moisture readings, and rebuilt. It felt handled.

Months later the symptoms came back. Our inspector found mold behind the vanity and under the brand new flooring. We never got all of it.

A dry reading is not the same as a clean home.

And if you still feel sick after remediation, it does not always mean the mold is back. Sometimes your body is just catching up.

Trust that instinct. Full blog linked in the comments.

You did everything right, and your body still won't cooperate. What if the reason isn't your hormones at all?

My friend Bekah Yawn lost three babies and got almost no answers from her OB. Besides finding mold in her own system, until learned to read what her own cycle was trying to tell her.

In this episode we talk about the quiet link between mold toxicity, hormone chaos, miscarriage, and infertility, and why your monthly cycle might be the most honest health report you own.

If you or someone you love has been fighting for answers, this one will give you real hope.

You spend about 90% of your life indoors. And that air can be 2 to 5 times more polluted than the air outside.

So when someone tells you "mold is everywhere, it's totally normal," they're only half right. Outside, the wind moves it and the weather breaks it up. Inside your home, it concentrates. It builds. And in a smaller space, that's exactly why your body starts feeling the effects so much faster.

"Normal" and "safe" are not the same thing.

Expert Environmental Inspector Aaron Cantu breaks this down in episode 86. Tap the link in the comments to hear the full conversation.
