Big news for Georgia patients!

Governor Brian Kemp signed the “Putting Georgia’s Patients First Act” into law, bringing important updates to Georgia’s medical cannabis program.

Some of the changes include:

✔ Replacing the term “low THC oil” with “medical cannabis”
✔ Expanded qualifying conditions
✔ Increased THC and possession limits
✔ Adults 21+ may now legally vaporize medical cannabis

These updates are aimed at improving access and support for Georgia patients exploring medical cannabis as part of their wellness journey. 💚
