Here is my day 17 dinner while going back to back raw and fat free for the 9 day advanced 3:6:9 cleanse by . Used a food processor to make this dish of cauliflower, kale, 1-2 dates, 2 garlic cloves, green onions, celery , cucumbers, tomatoes and fresh OJ on top.
I have been so busy focusing on all of the good in my life I totally forgot about my 2 year anniversary (9th of December) of changing my diet to incorporate way more fruits and veggies i.e. plant based and juicing celery daily. I had been gluten, corn, soy and dairy free for a couple of years before that and my health was still declining quickly for a 23 year old kid.
I had so many food sensitivities when I started it was a compete s**t show, doctor after doctor recommending avoiding certain fruits and veggies. I had a weird intuition after reading book again to just start eating all these night shades and fruits I was sensitive to. Best decision of my life.
It is absolutely crazy what 2 years can do for you health. So proud that I made the sacrifices back then to be where I am today. Never take your health for granted, something I learned about 8 years ago. And second, it’s never to late to start.
