I want you to know something.

That tightness in your stomach…
That fear of being judged…
That hesitation before you speak…
That constant need to explain yourself…

That is not who you are.

That is your solar plexus asking to be healed.

This is the energy center of confidence, identity, boundaries, self-trust, and personal power.

And when it has been wounded, you may find yourself shrinking, people-pleasing, overthinking every decision, or waiting for someone else to give you permission to become who you already know you are.

My work helps you come back to that place inside of you that remembers.

The part of you that knows.
The part of you that leads.
The part of you that no longer needs to beg to be understood.

You are not here to keep abandoning yourself so everyone else can stay comfortable.

You are here to reclaim your fire.

Today we honor the memory held in the stones, the names, and the sacred ground of Danville’s Memorial Park.

Dedicated on Memorial Day in 1909, this place has stood for 117 years as a reminder of the soldiers of Montour County ... their courage, their sacrifice, and the families who carried their memory forward.

May we never forget the cost of freedom. 🇺🇸
