The KIN Aesthetics Green Sea Peel is not your traditional acid peel. Instead, it uses natural marine derived spicules, tiny microscopic structures that are massaged into the skin to stimulate renewal from within.

A little behind the scenes of what happens before I bring a new treatment into the studio. 💚

I’ve been testing the KrX Green Sea Peel on my own skin, and I’m really excited about the possibility of adding this one to our treatment options at Oakwood Aesthetic Skin Care.

Despite the name, this isn’t a traditional chemical peel. The Green Sea Peel is acid free and uses microscopic marine sponge spicules that are gently worked into the skin. These tiny spicules create a microchanneling effect that helps encourage cellular turnover, support collagen activity and improve the appearance of pigmentation, uneven tone and texture.

It’s definitely an active treatment. You can feel the tiny spicules in the skin afterward, and depending on the treatment, some peeling and visible renewal can follow over the next several days.

I’m very intentional about what I bring into the studio. I want to experience a treatment myself, understand how the skin responds and make sure I truly believe it offers something worthwhile for my clients.

So far, I’m very intrigued by this one.

❄️ One of my favorite finishing touches during a facial: cryo globes.

There’s something incredibly soothing about the cool glide of cryo globes over freshly treated skin, but they’re more than just relaxing.

I don’t just recommend this neck cream. I use it myself. I’m finishing my second jar, and I’m getting ready to reorder more for the studio.

What makes KrX Neck Lift Cream so interesting is its Micro Collagen Thread Technology.

The formula contains six forms of collagen along with a powerful peptide complex. As you massage it into the skin, the microcollagen creates its signature thread-like texture, forming a delicate, flexible network over the skin that gives an immediate feeling of support and smoothing.
