Tuesday at Lohrey Recreation Center at 10:45am SilverSneakers Classic class. Due to the increase in temperatures and humidity and returning from a week break. Key tips to remember.
1. Dress Lightly
2. Bring Water (take periodic sips)
3. Eat breakfast before coming to class
4. Sit when given the option (still working)
5. Stop when you feel tired or out of breath
6. Avoid using resistance tools (body weight is good enough)
7.Have fun, smile, laugh, don't be so serious allow your body to readjust.
