With over 15 years sports nutrition experience, Darnell DaVinci has proven time and again the level of dedication he has to the health and wellness of others. You cannot appreciate beauty if you cannot appreciate it within yourself.

From a personal standpoint, it took me years to be able to look inside myself and like was I saw.

The world around you is full of beautiful and amazing things & we all have something dope and amazing to offer.

If you can’t see them through your own eyes and appreciate what you see, HOW you see the world, everything else that’s filtered through those lenses is going to be that much more uglier.

Love yourself, accept yourself for who you are…. that is the only way you’ll be able to except others for who & what they are and have to offer.
