These are the pillars for a happy fulfilling life as I see it and understand it.
Each of them works synergistically with the others.

When you have them all harmonized and are doing your best to optimize each one you are certain to lead a fulfilling and joyful life.

Each on their own is powerful but when they are combined you become a powerhouse.

Ignore any one of them and the whole Being goes off track.

SPIRIT: Your connection with your Creator by whichever name you know it and understand it

PHYSICAL: Your body, the actual manifestation of the Divine as you, here in this seeing, tasting, touching, smelling, feeling, intuiting sensory apparatus.

MENTAL: Thoughts become things. We have been blessed with magnificent creative power. Thinking is the inception of all creation. The focus of our thoughts creates our world, our bodies and our emotions.

EMOTIONAL: Our thoughts drive our emotions and our emotions have the ability to stop us in our tracks or propel us forward. Feelings are our indicator of how much we are letting our True God nature through, how much we are allowing that Spiritual part of us to participate with us in creating our life.

A Roll of the Dice... if we are all playing an upscale super-sized version of The game of LIFE... we can all relax and have fun! Try new things, talk to new people, put ourselves out in the world in a bigger way! It's no big deal when we play a board game if we roll a number that sends us back to the beginning... or moves us 2 steps ahead. Maybe we have to do a task or accomplish a mission before we can proceed! But we don't worry about it, lose sleep over it or procrastinate for days or years! We ROLL the DICE, see what we get, moan or gloat, laugh, raise our arms in victory and then we MOVE ON:),relishing the game with the other players. If something has you slowed down or stopped you in your attempts to get in the game and play.. think about your next move as just another roll of the dice 🎲🎲in a life sized game simulation. You can't lose.. but your avatar can stay stuck on the START square. Roll the dice, see where it takes you and ENJOY the GAME!!!❤🦋 #

Getting a Buy-in: oftentimes we try to get people to do things WE want them to do. We meet with resistance. What's in it for them?? Anytime someone isn't motivated to accomplish a goal, task, a step towards a dream they aren't "bought in" emotionally. Help them see and feel what's in it for THEM! That will shift motivation and engagement!

Who owns this? Who created all of the animals, food supply, minerals, land masses, ice masses, weather, oceans and their currents? Oil... who owns the oil, air,sunlight??? We're just fooling ourselves if we think we own anything at all. What a gift this amazing, beautiful and complex Earth is!! ❤✨
