Starting my well balance eating plan after the goodness of the holidays.πit feels great to go back to healthy eating.
You are what you eat.
1/2plate should be vegetables and fruits either cooked/and raw
1/4 should be protein; animal or plant based.W.H.O recommends plant based protein.
1/4 should be carbohydrates. Preferably whole grains
Make water your to go for drink.
Drink atleast 2litres of water daily; women 2.5l & men 3litres.
Avoid alcohol and smoking, if you can quit better.
