If you notice yourself spiraling down the rabbit hole of worry, anger, overthinking, or “what ifs”…

Pause.

Here are a few simple resources that can prevent you from getting stuck in the rabbit hole-

✨Hum for 30–60 seconds. The vibration stimulates the vagus nerve and can help your body shift out of fight-or-flight.

✨Orient. Slowly turn your head to the left for 30 seconds and let your eyes scan the room. Now turn to the right and do the same. This tells your nervous system to gather real-time information instead of reacting to perceived danger.

✨Walk backward (safely). It requires your brain to pay attention to what you’re doing right now, interrupting the mental loop and bringing you back to the present.

Know and remember this rule-
✨90-second cascade rule. The physiological wave of an emotion lasts about 90 seconds. 90 Seconds- that’s it!
If you’re still caught in it minutes later, it’s usually because your brain has started feeding it with stories, predictions, or replaying what happened. Let the feeling move through and out. You don’t need to continuously ride the wave!!

These resources aren’t ways to avoid your emotions.
They are ways to create enough safety in your nervous system so you can respond instead of react.

Just wanted to stop in and touch base since I haven’t been super active on here lately.

For the summer, I’ll be opening up a little more availability during the week for private clients — coaching, bodywork, yoga, energy,somatics, or integrative sessions.

Days available will mainly be Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with hours varying week to week.

I also wanted to give everyone a heads up that my rates will be increasing as of June 1st:
• 60 min session: $110
• 90 min session: $150

I held off as long as I could, but inflation is getting me too. ❤️

Sessions can be fully integrative or focused on one specific modality depending on what you need.

I’d truly love to see some of you this summer. Message me, text me… you can call too, but let’s be honest — I probably won’t answer. 🤪😂

Manifesting isn’t about wishing for things — it’s about having the capacity to actually hold them. And capacity isn’t mindset, it’s nervous system, space, and the ability to receive (which is way harder than pushing, btw).

If you want to play with today’s energy, here’s an easy one:
Write down what you’re calling in. Then be honest about what would need to shift so you could actually receive it. No perfection. Just honesty.

Mantra for today:
I’m open to what’s meant for me, and I’m building the capacity to hold it.

What’s trying to make its way to you — and if it landed tomorrow, would you really be ready?

Just wanted to pop in and say hi — it’s been a minute.✨
I’ve had some messages lately asking what my schedule looks like, so here’s a quick check-in:

🙌Yes, I’m still seeing clients — on a limited basis and with a more intentional schedule than I used to keep.
💜Yes, gift certificates are still available (and always appreciated!), but I do want to be clear that my availability isn’t as wide open as before.

Right now, I typically have openings:
• Tuesdays + Wednesdays during the day
• Occasional weekend morning or evening, though not always

If you’re hoping to get on my books, feel free to reach out and we will try to find something that works.
✨And if you need someone with more scheduling flexibility, I’m always happy to share referrals — I know some incredible practitioners.💜
