This morning I was thinking about what I want to call into my life. I divided it into 3 categories.
1.) Self Health
2.) My Family/home
3.) My ideal client to serve in my business.
I want to touch on #3 with you.

My ideal client is someone who has “tried” all the things, maybe has had all the tests and still is searching for the missing piece to make them feel better.
They might have issues sleeping, may only p**p a few times a week, struggle with hormones, weight, stress, depression, mental health. They may have a diagnosis from a doctor that seems like they are a standstill.

My ideal client is tired of feeling like crap and is WILLING to COMMIT to themselves and learn to believe they are worth being healthy.

My ideal client is willing to try a customized approach that involves supplements, energy work, essential oils, teas, working with emotions and body alignment, flower essences and what ever else comes up that fits into their health plan. You are an individual not a one size fits all. It’s time you are treated as such.

The average household spends way more money in “sick” care than it does in wellness. Make a change for yourself, you are so worth it!

I feel like I am screaming this into the wind sometimes, but I have to keep saying it: YOUR BODY is different than everyone else's!

Herbalism is NOT the same as the practice of modern allopathic pharmaceutical medicine like you get when you see a conventional doctor

Herbalism the way I personally practice it involves looking at your WHOLE body: your diet, lifestyle habits, medical history, supplements, what you have tried in the past, what your body's energetic constitution is like, any medications you are on, triggers, emotional state, relationships, and more.

I cannot possibly know all of that without giving you a Consultation.

I know I don't take insurance. I am not a doctor or a licensed therapist. The way I help people isn't for everyone, and I can't promise you will like me or like the options I suggest for you on your healing journey.

But when I work with you, I am helping YOU. Not everyone else on social media that gets the same herb thrown at them and hope it helps. I hate doing that because someone will read a comment and think this herb works for everyone when they actually need something different because of the way THEIR body works.

Can we talk about 🥬, other vegetables & fruits? So many are scared to eat fresh due to the parasite outbreak.
Here is the recipe to clean your produce:
Mix 1-2 TBS of 🍎 C***r Vinegar in 6-8 cups water and soak then rinse ( They don’t need to soak long as to not have the vinegar taste. I do mine about 3 minutes.) For leafy greens soak those in salt water to wash.
