Divine Yoga with Dana Dana DeShiro a Registered Yoga Teacher & Registered Children's Yoga Teacher & Social Worker. Dana (she/her) is a RYT and RCYT.

Off the mat, Dana is a clinical social worker. Dana has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, helping her to grow stronger, more flexible and authentic both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires Dana to be present and live each moment with intention, passion ad fun. Dana's yoga practice in influenced by Ayurveda, the ebb and flow of the seasons and the chakra system.
