Thursday Funnies, it’s a thing I’m starting.
Who doesn’t like a good laugh?
Because sometimes the most mindful thing you can do is laugh. Share my post preferably 😉: a joke, a meme, or anything that made you smile today!
Laughter is contagious and as important for you as sunshine!

* “My coping skills are mindfulness… and sarcasm.”

Make time for the things that make you smile, laugh, and feel alive. Enjoy the little moments, spend time with people you love, and do more of what is fulfilling. Joy doesn’t have to be big—it can be found in a sunrise, a kind word, or a quiet moment of peace. Don’t wait for the perfect time. Life is happening now. Find your joy and let it shine.

I always work on not avoiding or procrastinating.
Sometimes the hardest part is just getting started.
Your brain may make lots of excuses like, “I’m too tired,” or “I’ll do it later.” That can take more energy than the task itself! But when you take one small step, things often feel easier. Doing the thing can be quicker than worrying about it. So next time your brain says “no,” try saying, “I can do one little step!”
