🌡️ South Florida heat check: heat index values are climbing into the triple digits this week. A few signs it's more than "just hot out":

Heavy sweating, dizziness, nausea, headache, or cool/clammy skin = heat exhaustion. Get to shade, hydrate, and cool down.

Stopped sweating, hot/dry skin, confusion, or fainting = heat stroke. Call 911 — this is an emergency.

Milder symptoms? Walk in — we'll get you cooled down and rehydrated fast.

Swimmer’s ear is an infection of the outer ear canal that may develop when water remains trapped in the ear. Symptoms can include pain, itching, redness, drainage, or muffled hearing.
