South Florida's heat and humidity can quickly lead to dehydration, especially when you're spending time outdoors.

Remember to:
✅ Drink water throughout the day, even before you feel thirsty
✅ Limit sugary and alcoholic beverages
✅ Take breaks in the shade when possible
✅ Wear sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays

Watch for signs of dehydration such as headaches, dizziness, fatigue, dry mouth, or dark-colored urine.
